One Blender

One Banana

Two cups of Unsweetened Almond Milk

Two cups of Frozen Berries

Three tablespoons of Honey

Three tablespoons of Golden Flax Meal


Blend and...


You have yourself one yummy and very healthy treat... Absolutely refreshing.
