Thanksgiving 2010

You know me, tons of pictures. Here's just a smidgen... Is that how you spell that word?

Heading up to Page for Thanksgiving. This was taken out of a dirty windshield, while we were moving and with a telephoto lens... the odds were against me. I thought it turned out pretty good though. I wanted to capture the way that the sunlight hit certain areas of the land. It's so pretty when you can see vast landscape in the open areas of northern Arizona.

Despite feeling pretty rotten (both of us), we made the best of it... Aiyana & I laughing.

Mommy and Clara...

Heading out to Masani's (Dana's grandma's) for Thanksgiving...

Navajo Mountain (from the reservation), heading East towards Inscription House...

An old Hogan that Dana's aunt use to live in...

Shade House (kind of like a shed). This is on Masani's land...

Four Generations (Dana, Clara, Masani, Aiyana & Lori- Dana's mom)...

Just hanging out...

Me and the girls and Clara getting ready to pick her nose...

Looking at the sheep. Clara not enjoying it so much...

Aiyana met the sheep a couple of weeks ago so, she loved coming back to say "hi"...

Reservation cat on Masani's front porch...

The sheep....

Back lit photo of Clara and Dana...

Another back lit photo...

She was being so photogenic...

This face is priceless. She was scared of the dogs he, he, he...

More to come...
